Don’t Let Your Workout Be Murder on Your Skin!


A high-intensity trip to the gym can be a great way to tone up and slim down, but it can leave your skin looking and feeling less than stellar.

So, how do you stay in shape AND keep your skin glowing?


-  Eliminate the workout makeup

If you’ve got makeup on, your skin won’t be able to breathe.  (Think it can survive anyways?  Try to hold your breath the next time you’re on the treadmill, and see how long YOU last!)

If you’re going to be someplace else before you hit the gym – and don’t want to head all over town without any makeup – use our makeup remover wipes.  That way, you won’t even have to find a sink (or lug around a bottle of cleanser) to get your skin in tip-top workout shape!


-  Keep your skin hydrated

Remember, all of that sweat is water leaving your body.  So, in addition to drinking plenty of water, keep your skin moist.  Our scented towels are easy to tuck in your gym bag.  And, since they’re pre-moistened, you can use one while you wait for the elliptical machine to free up.  (As an added benefit, the scent may give you the boost you need to power through another set!)


-  Clean your face as soon as your workout is finished

The last thing you need is a bunch of sweat and grime sitting on your face!  So, use a scented towel to remove the top layer of bacteria before you even get in the car to leave.  Then, finish off the job with your favorite cleanser as soon as you get home.
